Like all the best cocktails, the Caipirinha's beauty lies in it simplicity. Muddled limes with white sugar and Cachaça. Stir or shake and serve. Perfection.
The Caipirinha is now synonymous with Brazil and is enjoyed in the best bars around the world. With Viva Brasil Deansgate being Manchester's premier Brazilian bar, it should come as no surprise that the best Caipirinha's in town should be found here - with a cocktail menu offering over 20 variations on this classic cocktail, there is sure to be something to tempt you!

With your Caipirinha, you can feel like you are trully partying in Brazil, with Bem Brasil's Forró Nights every weekend boasting live music to get you dancing.
Forró is the most popular genre in Brazil's Northeast. One theory popularly held in the region is that the word Forró is a derivative of the English expression "for all" and that it originated in the early 1900s. English engineers on the Great Western Railroad would throw balls on weekends and classify them as either only for railroad personnel or for the general populace ("for all").
This mixture of races has made Brazil a culturally rich unique country. The miscegenation began with Indians, Africans and Portuguese, but soon after, immigrants from around the world began to arrive: Europeans, Asians, Jews and Arabs. The result is a happy people, open to everything new.

Because of this massive diversity, Brazil is one of the last places on Earth where no one is a foreigner, where you can change your destiny without losing your identity and where each and every Brazilian has a little of the entire world in their blood. This may be the reason why Brazilian's welcome people from another land so openly.
Brazil is known, internationally, for its Carnival, soccer and tourist attractions, however, as are its people and its culture, the options for fun and entertainment in Brazil are diverse and exuberant.
Viva Brasil Deansgate brings all of this to Manchester - a place to mix and have fun amongst new friends. You'll be forgiven for forgetting that Brazil is thousands of miles away!

Viva Brasil Deansgate Reviews
"There is certainly no better place in town to grab a Caipirinha than Bem Brasil Deansgate, Manchester's premier Brazilian bar and restaurant, popular with Manchester's Premiership Brazilian footballers. With over 20 variations to work through and an incredible choice of other South American speciality cocktails and bottled beers, all at a very inviting price, there's no excuse not to enter into the samba spirit. Superb!" - ManchesterBars.com (June 2009)
