Impossible Manchester features a 280-cover bar and restaurant space.
A full kitchen menu operates from 12pm to 9pm with a separate ‘Impossible Taco’ kitchen serving guests through to the early hours. As well as a range of well-known favourites, the kitchen will serve unusual dishes such as kangaroo tacos, and salt and pepper crickets.
The mezzanine level features a hidden 'gin palace', with 63 gins from around the world, while a cryogenic freezer will freeze spirits to minus 74 degrees to form edible frozen cocktails. The molecular cocktail laboratory continues with an alcoholic mist condenser and the ‘Impossibubble’ - a lickable champagne bubble machine
