Tribeca Manchester

If you've been to New York, particularly Manhattan, and taken a trip to the Financial District, the chances are that you drove past Tribeca, an urban area which sits snugly next to China Town, and just below Canal Street (Tribeca stands for Triangle below Canal).

If this is starting to ring any bells (Chinatown/Canal Street etc.) then you'll see the logic behind naming a bar Tribeca, especially when it's just a block down from the historic waters of the Rochdale Canal, and barely a noodles-throw from Manchester's beloved Chinatown.

In a typical New York twist, the bar itself is multi-tiered, with a cosy mezzanine above the entrance way, a large bar and fabulous low slung sofa area, then a raised seating and eating area to the rear.

The décor is spot on, and serious thought has been put into lighting in order to create the right mood.

Food At Tribeca

During the day and into the early evening, food is served and is a mixture of light bites and serious mains.

The range on the menu is good, with plenty of scope to come back again and again.

The Sunday roasts at Tribeca are very popular and are truly delicious.
