| The Violet Hour, is a cocktail bar and eaterie on Burton Road in the heart of picturesque West Didsbury. The bar sits on the site of the old Hibbert’s butcher shop which had lay derelict for 18 years. After falling in love with the building and a 3-month building project the building has been transformed it into a drinking den for the charming people of West Didsbury and beyond! |
