The Dover Sole is served as a fillet, stuffed with a scallop & ginger mousse with a dashi cream; or try the 10oz Cheshire Farm beef steak, with bone marrow butter and tripled cooked chips. Desserts include a Heather Honey Cake, made with honey from the Lowry Hotel bees and a gin & tonic syllabub, made with The Lowry Hotel’s own Gin.
Afternoon Tea has been elevated to a new level of style - with a spectacular range of scones, sweets and savouries, all paired with 70+ tea varieties from tea merchant James Green of Tea from The Manor - whilst the live-music Sunday Lunch delivers three amazing courses, including pork served with Manchester’s best crackling.
