Noho on Stevenson Square is a great little gem in Manchester’s Northern Quarter; with a hypnotic neon sign hanging outside, you feel compelled to step inside and experience the atmosphere.
The Grade II listed building has shutters on all day, just waiting for 5pm so it can open up and entice in all the weary and tired in need of a strong drink.
The interior is dimly lit with a collection of autumnal coloured chesterfield sofas; graffiti lines the walls with artsy pictures of skyscrapers and cityscapes forming cool murals.
One wall is transformed into a ‘drive-in style’ movie theatre with old films screening during the week, a quirky feature that is synonymous with Noho.
