| The bar has the capacity to hold 60 guests and offers its customers exceptional cocktails executed by some of the best mixologists in Manchester who have a real passion for quality drinks that are the real highlight of any Modern experience. |
| Using the finest spirits, fresh ingredients and squeezed juices, The Modern have created a seasonally changing cocktail menu that harks back to the golden age of mixed drinks; from the prohibition period through to the fifties and sixties. The menu is packed with classics, long forgotten gems and some truly obscure recipes, dating back over 500 years – all made the way they should be. |
| The Modern have also put together a great wine and champagne list, many available by the glass and all good value for money. To top it all off, the beers have been carefully chosen to offer a wide variety of styles, which will also change seasonally. |
If your feeling peckish, a special bar menu is available from 12pm - 6pm daily boasting sandwiches, salads and fish & chips, all prepared from The Modern Restaurant's chefs on the 5th floor. Bar snacks are also available 12pm - 11pm |
