family, sitting just over the road from the original on Tib
Street, in the Light Apartment Hotel on Church Street. |

to find all your favourites from the NYC inspired menu - from
homemade Northern Quarter Pounders, huge racks of sticky BBQ
ribs, mountains of mash and mouth-watering homemade cheesecake,
plus Simple Bar and Grill at The Light does pizzas too, which
are available to collect as well as eat in, or if you’re
living or staying in the Light, they’ll bring them up
