Infamous Diner is Manchester’s first independent American diner, serving up classic, homemade eats the USA way – big on flavour, big plates and service with a smile. The 1950’s inspired ‘all American’ diner is located right in the heart of the Northern Quarter.
With no expense spared, there’s a perfect ‘back to the future’ marble counter with raspberry pink booths, silver ceiling and LA neon lighting throughout. Creating a stunning setting for cocktails, food and fun and includes a jukebox with retro tunes from the era.
In true diner spirit, there’s free refills on filter coffee and an authentic American breakfast menu that includes pancake stacks and waffles with maple syrup available through the day. Hot dogs, burgers, shakes, fries and sides are all on the huge menu, created by he group’s award-winning, executive head chef.
MAD’s mixologists have worked up a cocktail menu that has put Infamous firmly on the bar map. With American Bourbon classics including the Maple Manhattan and Salted Caramel Old Fashioned.
