A New Cocktail Bar For Barton Arcade A new bar area has been created inside Kitchen at The Circle inside the beautiful Barton Arcade. As well as a classic cocktail menu, there's 11 new Tiki drinks which draw on 1950's America rum cocktails and can be enjoyed for half price every week day from 5.30pm until 7pm.
