Opus One Manchester
Bar Opus One is the plush cocktail bar and restaurant inside the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, arguably the best 5 star hotel in Manchester. Located in Manchester’s most celebrated building, the historic Free Trade Hall, the stylish space creates a mood of understated luxury in the city centre, moments from Manchester Central, The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester Opera House and The Palace Theatre. Open to non-residents, access is via the hotel’s Peter Street entrance, it has an intimate relaxing feel to it and you can watch the world pass by. Bar Opus One is known to be one of the best Manhatten-style Cocktail lounges around, also offering fine wines and food to match the hotel’s 5 star rating with its play on a 'glamorous Manhattan' provides the perfect destination to sip cocktails and enjoy good company.


Opus Reserve
Opus Reserve is located in the historic Colonnade of the iconic Free Trade Hall. It's a stand-alone Champagne bar at the multi-award winning Radisson Blu Edwardian, Free Trade Hall Manchester hotel. This haute hangout offers an extensive selection of impressive Champagnes. Opus Reserve offers Champagnes that range from £13 for a glass, up to £200 for a bottle of Dom Perignon Brut. Reminiscent of the grand entrance that once welcomed legendary figures, the Opus Reserve Colonnade features dramatic vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork and luxurious furnishings. Opus Reserve is open daily from 18:00

Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea For £22.50

Opus One offer the perfect Afternoon Tea for gentlemen for £22.50.

The traditional offering of sweets are replaced with a selection of savoury treats, including Mini steak and ale pies and Chicken sliders. All followed by freshly baked scones, served with clotted cream and preserves.
