Levenshulme sourdough bakery Trove, have announced plans to add a backstreet city centre cafe, to join their Ancoats offering and its next door restaurant Erst.
The new Marble Street cafe, located in the same Bruntwood Bloc development as the new BrewDog Doghouse hotel in the building probably best remembered as being home to Coco's Italian restaurant on Fountains Street, neighbours Primark and the historic Shakespeare Pub.

Established in 2011 by husband and wife team, Katy and Marcus Saide, Trove have grown to be a collection of talented artisan bakers who are highly celebrated in Manchester for using organic ingredients, and locally-sourced produce, with all their food made from scratch.
Bruntwood Works’ Bloc is set to launch in May with a state-of-the-art wellness suite hosting yoga and fitness classes, with living walls throughout and on the building’s exterior facade. Trove's daytime cafe will open on 1st June.
