Manchester’s award-winning food, drink and retail pop up destination; Hatch at Circle Square has revealed plans to treble in size this June, which will see it evolve into a multipurpose, creative village of food, drink, retail, entertainment, roof terraces, creative workspace, public use and event spaces.
Food and drink wise, where will be a bigger range of indie food and drink brands, underneath the Mancunian Way, as well as more permanent restaurant and bar operations. Backing this up, there will be a new shopping zone, featuring 10 new containers operated by independent retailers and designers..
And to top it all off, Hatch phase 2 will include new workspace and studio areas, which will be made available to creative businesses, makers, and designers who are in need of flexible and affordable workspaces
