Award-winning Gujurat-inspired vegetarian streetfood restaurant Bundobusthave revealed the plans for their highly anticipated second Manchester opening.
The 150 seater communal diner is set to open within the stunning Grade II listed St. James Building, next to the Palace Theatre on Oxford Street.

Unlike their three other outlets - at Piccadilly Gardens and in Leeds and Liverpool, Bundobust Oxford Street will include an in house brewery, with nine beer tanks, producing a capacity of 28,000 pints per month.
Whilst neighbours Pizza Express, Patisserie Valerie, and Listo Burrito (recently rebranded from Chango's), have premises at street level, Bundobust will be taking the atrium space, The Cartway, deeper into the St. James building.
