Manchester brewery Joseph Holt have just reopenedThe Eagle Inn, just off Trinity Way in Salford, at the end ofDeansgate, following a £100,000 refurbishment.
The traditional local pub, which dates back to 1848, is located next door to Blueprint Studios and, in 2014, the empty terraced house next door was converted into a bespoke, 80 capacity live music venue, whilst still retaining some of the house’s original features.

Popular with local bands, it is located next to the famous Blueprint Studios, where Elbow, I Am Kloot and Jim Noir recorded most of their albums, with the likes of Paul Heaton, Russell Watson, Everything Everything, The Durutti Column, The Slow Show, and even Justin Timberlake (for his "Ayo Technology" track with 50 Cent, and "Falling Down" with Duran Duran), Snoop Dogg and Backstreet Boys all recording there.
Whilst adding new furniture, parquet flooring, an upgraded toilet and even a new beer garden, Joseph Holt - whose brewery is less than a mile away in Cheetham Hill - were careful to keep the charm ofThe Eagle.
