Launched in December 2015, the Stevenson Square basement bar from the same people behind next door neighbour Guilty By Association, as well as Dockyard, Liquorice and Damson, is known for its wide range of Japanese whiskies, sake and creative cocktails. Inspired by the Far East, the venue has taken the best of downtown Tokyo and brought it to the Northern Quarter, with the largest Japanese Whisky collection in the city, as well as a playful, but carefully crafted cocktail list. Open until midnight every day and until 03:00 at weekends.

Charcuterie and cheese boards help soak up the booze whilst a new downstairs cellar, opened in November 2016, gives the venue a whole new dynamic.
